Early In Overtime


The below explains the  function of Early In Overtime



If a worker comes  in early to work before  their normal working time, this extra  time is called Early In

Overtime. Eg. Work starts at 9.OOam, but he starts working at 8.OOam, so 1 hour overtime is given.


Example: working time is 9am to 5pm,  assuming 7.OOam is the  earliest possible start  working time.


Go to Maintenance—Schedule Maintenance—Work Schedule, click Add and  key in the  time as below:





Then under  Overtime Tab, at specify the overtime for earlier comes in to work, key in the  Min. Hour

To Get OT and  Max. OT Allowed.






Save. Now any work done  during 7.OO to 9.OO will be counted as Early In OT. This will be posted to payroll as 1.5 times overtime.
