This transaction has been locked


Message prompted: ”This transaction has been locked” even though user has unlocked the batch

in Boss Menu. The solution below shows the steps to prevent it.



When unlocking a batch, other than remove the letter ‘L‘ in the column of LStatus, you also need

to delete the number in the column of L.Trans.
